  • Fill foot bathtub with adequate warm water
  • Sprinkle 'jelly spa bath step-1" over the surface of the foot bathtub
  • The water will turn to marvelous jelly. Stir well
  • Soak feet as needed and massage with the jelly
  • Add 'dilution mineral step-2' to foot bathtub to dilute the jelly. Stir well
  • If needed, add more water to the foot bath tub.
  • Soak for 3-5 minutes more to absorb the mineral into skin
  • When the jelly is fully diluted, drain the water
