Instructions for use: Nail Whitener Base Coat: For a flawless nail lacquer application. Apply on a clean, dry nail. Apply one coat to prepare the nail bed for an even and leveled nail lacquer ap:nlication. Allow to dry touch prior to applying nail lacquer.
